Church bulletins after Publisher

Many parish and church offices made the weekly bulletin in Publisher for years. Here is how to keep your template and your archive.

1. Keep this week's template

Convert your most recent bulletin and choose where to keep editing it. Canva and Google Slides are free and work in a web browser. PowerPoint also works well for a folded bulletin. Upload the .pub on our home page and use the editable PowerPoint file we give you.

2. Convert the archive

Put the folder of past bulletins in a .zip file and upload it once. Every bulletin comes back as a PDF you can keep, print, or put on your website, organised in the same folders. Up to 1,500 files cost $79. See converting many files.

3. Folded bulletins

Booklet-style bulletins printed on tabloid or legal paper come across with each page in order. When printing from PowerPoint or Canva, choose the same paper size and booklet printing in your printer settings.
