Convert many Publisher files at once

Offices, schools and churches often have hundreds of old newsletters, bulletins and flyers in Publisher format. Converting them one by one takes days.

How to convert a whole folder

  1. Put the folder into a .zip file. On Windows, right-click the folder and choose Send to, Compressed (zipped) folder. On a Mac, right-click and choose Compress.
  2. Upload the .zip on our home page. Up to 1,500 files and 500 MB per upload.
  3. Check the previews, pay once, and download one .zip with every file converted, in folders by name.

Free option for IT staff

If you still have a working copy of Publisher 2016, 2019 or 2021, Microsoft offers a sample PowerShell script that opens each file in Publisher and saves it as PDF. It needs that installed copy of Publisher.
